Failure to follow these rules will result in punishment. Using loopholes in rules doesn't grant you immunity from punishments. Rules may be added, modified, or removed from this list with or without prior notice. Rules that would be punishable on any other server may be punishable here. Such rules fall under Rule 21. Please be sure to check here occasionally to stay up-to-date on the rules.

1. The Chat rules we have in-game carry over onto our Discord Server too.

2. Please try to keep any content PurpleCraft related.

3. Please keep chats clean and appropriate. (PG-13)

4. Impersonating staff is not allowed.

5. Have an appropriate avatar & username.

6. Please try to use the correct text channel at all times.

7. Ghost Pinging is not permitted in our server!

8. Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment, hate speech, sexism, or racism will be tolerated.

9. No NSFW or obscene content. This includes text, images, gifs, or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence, drugs, or other graphically disturbing content.

10. Do not use our Discord Server to spam DM users to advertise any Discord or external services.

11. Have a username that consists of atleast 1 english character just in case we need to ping you.

12. Playing/creating loud noises in voice chat intentionally is not permitted.

13. Voice changers are not permitted unless everyone in voice channel agrees to its use.

14. If your microphone quality is deemed disruptive/annoying, you may be muted.

15. If there's a lot of disruptive or annoying noises coming from your side, you may be muted till you're able to fix it.

Follow Discord's ToS! We also do not allow usage of Discord if you are under 13 years of age. If you are, you will be banned and reported to Discord's moderation team.

Punishments

Warnings

This is not a major punishment! Only given when a Minor Chat offense is broken. Breaking any Minor Chat rule after will result in a mute though.

Mutes/Mute Evasion

While muted, you cannot speak in Global Chat. You are allowed to use other forms of chat/messaging but if you break a chat rule while you are muted then you will be banned for the remainder of the mute. If you are permanently muted and break a rule while muted, you will instead be banned for 7 Days.

Temp Bans/Ban Evasion

While banned, you will not be able to connect to the server. You will have to wait out your punishment. This cannot be reversed unless an appeal is accepted. Connecting to the server on another account is considered Ban Evasion. All accounts that are linked will be banned for the remainder of the punishment. Constant evasion will result in a blacklist based on severity. This will be discussed by admins.

Community Removals

This is a 30 Day removal from the network due to a history of continuous unwanted behaviour that is negatively affecting the community. It is a last warning for a player to change their behaviour if they wish to continue playing on our network.

Permanent Mutes

Works the same as mutes but it does not expire unless an appeal is accepted. (See Appeals Below)

Permanent Bans

These work the same as a temporary ban but it does not expire unless an appeal is accepted. (See Appeals Below)

Blacklists

This is a removal from our network entirely. Banned from our Discord and in-game. You may appeal one year after the punishment.

Appeals

Appeals for any and all punishments have to be submitted within 72 Hours of when they were given regardless of the punishment length. Any punishment can be appealed if you think it's false. This can be done on Discord through our PurpleCraft Bot. If you need any assistance, you can message any staff member or ask within the community support channel.

Permanent Mutes - You can appeal to be unmuted after 60 Days of the original punishment.
Permanent Bans - You can appeal to be unbanned after 90 Days of the original punishment.
Blacklists - You can appeal to be unblacklisted after 365 Days of the orignal punishment.

Minor Chat Offenses
Disallowed behaviours include but are not limited to:

Spam
Flooding chat with any type of spam. This includes excessive begging and advertising less than 3 minutes apart. Bypassing this with alt accounts or teammates is now allowed.

Offering Illegal Deals
Offering items for none in-game currencies is not allowed.

Unintentional Advertisements
Mentioning over server names aside from Hypixel.

Harassment
Harassing players/staff or flaming the server.

English Only in Main Chats
We do not allow any other language than English in any global chat for moderation purposes. Speaking other languages in /msg or gang, island, etc is allowed.

Mild Offensive Language
Skips first offence and starts as a mute.
Using offensive language such as disability/sexual orientation terms but not towards other players, sexual content, excessive drug talk or sensitive subjects.

First Offense: Warning
Second Offense: 1 Hour Mute
Third Offense: 3 Hour Mute
Fourth Offense: 6 Hour Mute
Fifth Offense: 12 Hour Mute
Additional Offenses: + 12 Hours Added
10th Offence = 14 Day Mute.

Punishments will stack with this chain. For Example: If you are warned for ads but you then break a Spam rule, you will receive a 1 Hour Mute. These Punishment Chains reset every 14 Days.

Major Chat Offenses
Disallowed behaviours include but are not limited to:

Threats
Threatening anyone on the network, with IRL, DDoS, dox, or swat threats, joking or not.

Harsh Offensive Language
Talking about sexual assault or self harm topics, using sexual orientation, identity, or disability as an insult towards another player, and death wishes.

Racism
This offence skips the first punishment and goes straight to the second offense!
Using racism of any kind as racial slurs and racial stereotyping.
Use of the n-word will result in a permanent ban.

First Offense: 7 Day Mute
Second Offense: 30 Day Mute
Third Offense: Permanent Mute

Punishments will stack with this chain. For Example if you are muted for 7 Days due to threats, and then afterwards are punished for offensive language, you will be issued a 30 Day Mute. These Punishment Chains reset every 60 Days.

Minor Ban Offenses
Disallowed behaviours include but are not limited to:

Inappropriate Builds
Building sensitive or otherwise inappropriate builds. This also includes breaking chat rules on signs (punishment of chat rule broken will be given).

Illegal Teleports
Teleporting to a player or accepting a player's teleport request to trap or kill them.

Illegal Homes
You may not set a home or warp inside of someone else's island.

Griefing
This offense depends on the severity of the grief. Staff members can use their own judgement for the punishment!
Stealing items or destroying/altering a player's build without their permission.

In-Game Scamming
Not following through with your end of an agreed upon deal.
(With loss of non-premium currency and/or items)

First Offense: 3 Day Ban
Second Offense: 7 Day Ban
Third Offense: 14 Day Ban

Puinishments will stack with this chain. For Example if you are banned for 3 Days due to Inappropriate Builds and then afterwards are punished for Griefing, you will be issued a 7 Day Ban. These Punishment Chains reset every 30 Days.

Major Ban Offenses
Disallowed behaviours include but are not limited to:

Illegal Modifications
Using/joining with any illegal modifications to gain an unfair advantage is now allowed. Hacking again within 10 Days of being unbanned will result in a permanent ban. Please see our Allowed/Disallowed Modifications List at the bottom of this page.

Account Sharing
Two or more people sharing One Accounts is not allowed. Sharing the same account with someone will result in a ban. If you gave one of your accounts away to someone please let us know via a ticket to avoid future confusion.

Public Accounts
Using any public account generator to get alternate accoutns is not allowed! If you're using a public account and it's connected to your IP, it will be punished as a Major Ban Punishment.

Alternate Accounts & Boosting
Breaking the following alternate account rules will be punished as a Major Ban Punishment.

Account Limits:
Global Voting - 1 Account per IP
Rewarding Systems (Pass, milestones, gifts, etc..) - 1 Account per IP
Server Events - 1 Account per IP
Gens - 3 Accounts per IP (Only 1 account actively grinding and 2 AFK)
No Currency to be paid to main accounts.

Boosting yourself with an alternate account, getting boosted by someone or boosting someone on Gens is not allowed!

First Offense: 7 Day Ban
Second Offense: 14 Day Ban
Third Offense: Permanent Ban

Punishments will stack with this chain. For Example if you are banned for 7 Days due to Illegal Modifications and then afterwards are punished for Account Sharing, you will be issued a 14 Day Ban. These Punishment Chains reset every 90 Days.

These following offenses will lead to an instant permanent ban!

IRL Scamming
Receiving Shards/Items from the store and not fulfilling the agreed upon deal.

Advertisements
Redirecting players to another server/discord intentionally.

Inappropriate Names/Capes/Skins
Using inappropriate names, capes, or skins. Can be appealed once changed.

Joining to cause disruption
Joining for the sole purpose to cause disruption within the server/community.

Blacklist Offenses
Disallowed behaviours include but are not limited to:

Forging Proof
Forging proof against another player on the server or trying to lie to get free items.

Exploiting/Duping
Abusing an exploit or dupe on the network for your own advantage rather than reporting it as soon as you find it.

Community Disruptions
If for any reason at all we feel that your actions on this server are harmful or toxic then we will not hesitate to remove you from PurpleCraft. This will often be displayed as "No Longer Welcome".

Server/User Attacks
Intentionally trying to lag, crash or attack the stability of the server in any way. Using malicious links/IP grabbers or DDoSing/Doxxing anyone on the network.

Illegal Trades
Trading PurpleCraft items or currencies for non-PurpleCraft items or vice versa, for example through PayPal or item on a different server/game.
